Yoga Hip-Tune up is a 6 weeks series to get you investigating your hips, to teach you ways to strengthen and stretch your hard working muscles. The Hip area is very important in your daily life, from helping you win your race, to something as simple as picking up the grandkids. This class is for everyone.
As a yoga medicine Hip Module graduate I am very excited to bring my knowledge to the classroom and help you fine-tune your hips to work more efficiently.
Hip-Tune up is a class for all levels in which small changes will make a big difference.
Yoga Hip Tune-Up will be held in the SPACE at the Beau-Co Barn, (the old Colby school)
